Former Yahoo! Executive Joins Articulate as COO

Articulate announced that Frazier Miller has joined its executive leadership team as chief operating officer to manage business operations as well as define and execute business strategies.

With his deep and broad experience growing business units at consumer and enterprise software companies, Frazier will play a pivotal role in scaling Articulate’s operations and driving strategic initiatives.

“Frazier brings well-honed expertise in so many areas,” says Adam Schwartz, CEO and founder of Articulate. “While he’s proven adept at helming operations at Yahoo! and Bloomspot, he’s also a creator at heart. He’ll grow every aspect of our business, helping build the people, processes, systems, and products we need to take full advantage of the explosive e-learning market.”

“As the best-loved, most widely respected provider of e-learning authoring software, Articulate has proven its deep understanding of both the e-learning market and its customers,” says Frazier. “The company out-innovates, out-executes, and out-services every other player in the space. I’m thrilled to be part of Articulate’s transformative vision for corporate e-learning.”

Frazier previously ran product and business teams at Yahoo! Instant Messenger and was general manager of Yahoo! Local, where he more than doubled revenue. Most recently, Frazier was COO at Bloomspot. He shepherded Bloomspot’s rapid growth and leadership in the local offers space and helped drive the company’s acquisition by JPMorgan Chase Bank.
