TalentSoft Ranked 3rd Fastest Growing Technology Company

TalentSoft Ranked 3rd Fastest Growing Technology Company, Software Category, on the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA

TalentSoft, a European leader in cloud-based Talent Management solutions, announced that it ranked 3rd for the "software" category and 7th overall on the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA 2013, a ranking of the 500 fastest growing technology companies in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa.) Rankings are based on percentage revenue growth over five years. TalentSoft grew 9,457 percent between 2008 and 2012.

TalentSoft’s CEO, Jean-Stéphane Arcis, credits three main factors with the company’s exponential revenue growth: a cloud-native solution, deep expertise in Talent Management, and an extremely agile organization. He said, “In this highly competitive market, TalentSoft has achieved impressive growth, with its solution being used by over 3 million users in 100+ countries and 14 languages. In the coming year, TalentSoft will solidify its presence in Europe by opening more offices and will recruit 80+ professionals, greatly enhancing its capacity to service global customers.”

"Making the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 is commendable in today’s highly competitive technology industry," said David Halstead, Deloitte United Kingdom, partner in charge of the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA programme. “Because Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA measures sustained revenue growth over five years, being one of the 500 fastest growing technology companies in EMEA is an impressive achievement. TalentSoft deserves a lot of credit for its remarkable growth.”

In addition to ranking in the Deloitte Technology Fast 500, TalentSoft ranked 1st for the “software & technology services” category and 2nd overall in the Deloitte France In Extenso Technology Fast 50, which is a ranking of the 50 fastest growing technology firms in France.
