Skillsoft’s Perspectives 2015 to Showcase Customers, Industry Experts and the Latest Innovations in Learning and Talent Management

Event Agenda Features Customers, Including Cap Gemini, Foot Locker and Johnson & Johnson, and a Preview of the “Self-Developing” Organization 

Skillsoft, a global leader in learning and talent management, today announced the agenda for 2015 Global Skillsoft Perspectives, the company’s annual customer conference on May 18-21 at Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando, Fla. During the event, attendees will hear from Skillsoft and SumTotal customers and industry experts on a wide range of topics, including continuous learning, compliance challenges and talent analytics. Attendees will also have the opportunity to network with industry peers and experts, attend workshops and meet with executives from Skillsoft and SumTotal.

At Perspectives, attendees will have access to general sessions, including keynotes from Mike Walsh and Sir Ken Robinson, as well as 13 workshops and more than 40 breakout sessions. The conference agenda will feature presentations by Skillsoft and SumTotal customers whose are building learning cultures that are driving business results.

Highlights from the agenda include:

  • Capgemini University will share how the organization introduced a continuous learning framework to deliver high-impact, individualized training.
  • Foot Locker will showcase the organization’s rapid success in user adoption of their learning program, with more than 80 percent of users completing at least one course in the first full year after implementing Skillsoft solutions.
  • Johnson & Johnson will share how the organization worked with Skillsoft and SumTotal to build a custom learning program to develop more than 128,000 leaders at all levels.
