Meta4 a world-class leader for human capital management (HCM) announces the financial results of the last fiscal year. In 2016, coinciding with the company’s 25th anniversary, Meta4 took in 63 million euros, racking up a 5% growth against the previous year.

This figure for record revenues is mainly due to the growth of the line of SaaS HR and payroll solutions, which has experienced a 26% increase over the previous year, representing 40% of the group’s total revenues.

The pace of sales in the last year was very positive for Meta4. In Spain, more than 25 major companies have acquired Meta4 SaaS HR and payroll solutions to manage talent in their organizations. These include: Ingesan, a subsidiary of OHL Group, a leader in the facilities management industry with 10,000 employees; the Ibercaja bank, with 6,000 employees; Carglass Spain, world leader in the repair and replacement of automotive glass, part of the Belron Group with presence in over 30 countries on 5 continents and 950 employees in Spain; the food and beverage company, Osborne Group, with 1,000 employees; Teleperformance, the multinational outsourcing world leader in providing multi-channel experience for consumers, to manage more than 7,000 employees in Portugal.

FRANCE AND LATIN AMERICA, KEY FOR INTERNATIONAL GROWTH

Meta4 continues to strengthen its international expansion; France and Latin America were the two key geographical areas that contributed most to the positive results the company achieved for the last financial year.

The French market now accounts for 40% of the Meta4 group’s revenues, a 38% increase in earnings from the line of SaaS solutions compared to the previous year, thanks to signing on new customers like: Kiko Milano, Italian brand of professional cosmetics with 1,300 employees; the textile multinational, Mango, with 2,250 employees; Hopital Foch, one of the most important hospitals centres in France with 2,300 employees.

In Latin America, the company has experienced growth in this region with revenues from the line of SaaS solutions increasing by 40% over the previous year, thanks to 15 new contracts signed on. Among the latest clients to sign on are well-known companies such as Lear Corporation, an American multinational and a world leader in manufacturing automotive seating with 54,000 employees; Benito Roggio, an Argentinian business group with 3,000 employees; the Abierta Interamericana University, with 6,500 employees; Credibanco, a Colombian financial institution with 800 employees.
