SAP to Showcase Analytics Innovations, Customer Successes at 2012 ASUG SAP BusinessObjects User Conference

The full breadth of business intelligence (BI) and analytics offerings from SAP AG (NYSE: SAP) will be on display at the 2012 ASUG SAP BusinessObjects User Conference, being held September 10-13 in Orlando, Fla. A variety of customers, partners and executives will deliver educational presentations and host in-depth breakout sessions, including a special half-day SAP Analytics Forum that will highlight analytics solutions from SAP and detail new innovations.

Attendees will have the opportunity to:

•Hear keynotes from SAP executives. Sanjay Poonen, president of Global Solutions for SAP, will present "Harnessing the Power of Innovation to Supercharge Growth." John Schweitzer, senior vice president and general manager of Analytics at SAP, will present "Turning Big Data Into Intelligent Data." A guest keynote will feature Don Tapscott, author of "Rethinking Analytics for the Social Enterprise" and an internationally renowned authority on the strategic impact of information technology on innovation, marketing and talent.

•Participate by downloading a free trial of SAP® Visual Intelligence software and join the "Data Geek Challenge." SAP Visual Intelligence is a desktop-based visualization and data discovery solution that allows business users to acquire data from a variety of corporate and personal data sources and manipulate without any scripting or code. Users can then analyze their data creations with beautiful visualizations, quickly discovering insights that can be easily shared and helping shape the business faster than ever before.

•Discover how SAP customers have gained new insight into their businesses though improved BI. A special guest keynote will discuss the state of the analytics market and the role of BI, in addition to providing a sneak peek at the latest analytics prototypes.

•Learn from a host of other educational sessions presented by customers, partners and SAP executives that will deliver unique and valuable content specific to professionals using analytics solutions from SAP.
