Everest Group Names ADP® a Leader in Multi-Process Human Resources Outsourcing

ADP Lauded for its Ability to ‘Deliver Strong Results for its Clients’

ADP®, a leading global provider of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, today announced that Everest Group, a global consulting and research firm, has named ADP as a Leader in the Everest Group PEAK MatrixTM, published in the 2013 Multi-Process Human Resources Outsourcing (MPHRO) Service Provider Landscape report.

Everest Group defines Leaders as both successful in the market and capable of effectively delivering MPHRO on a global basis. The report also recognizes ADP as a Star Performer, a company that demonstrated strong year-over-year advancement in 2013.

“Many employers find executing a globally compliant human capital management strategy time-consuming, expensive and daunting,” said Rajesh Ranjan, Vice President, Everest Group. “Increasingly, these organizations turn to outsourcing to help predict and control costs, improve service levels, standardize processes and provide greater expertise. ADP has capitalized on this trend to deliver strong results for its clients.”

Everest Group notes ADP’s Leader status results from client satisfaction and the broadening of its MPHRO portfolio in recruitment process outsourcing and benefits administration. Everest Group also highlights ADP as having signed “the lion’s share” of MPHRO deals in the market.

“ADP is proud of the success we’re helping our customers achieve through a strong set of human capital management solutions delivered globally,” said Mark Benjamin, Division President at ADP. “Our clients enjoy increased productivity, confidence in their compliance, and standardized processes across business units. Everest Group’s recognition of ADP as a Leader and Star Performer underscores our role as a leading provider of human capital management solutions.”

Everest Group also recognized ADP’s leadership in the North American mid-market and forecasts the MPHRO market to grow steadily with continued expansion in emerging markets such as Asia/Pacific and Latin America, two regions in which ADP continues to grow.
