TalentSoft posts 35% growth and record results

TalentSoft, the European leader in SaaS Talent Management, reported record figures for 2013. Having joined the ranks of French success stories, the software publisher has been given the "French Tech" label launched by Fleur Pellerin, France’s Digital Economy Minister. With growth up 35% on 2012 and revenue projections of 25 million euros for 2014, TalentSoft is leading the way in the HR software market.

The best partner for multinational corporations looking to develop their talents

In 2013, more than 125 major companies, including Bioderma, Bourbon, Bouygues Construction, Celio, Dailymotion, DCNS, Eiffage, Klepierre, Labeyrie, Monoprix, Oodrive, Ortec and Radio France, chose the TalentSoft solution to manage one or more of their HR processes.

In addition, major existing customers have renewed their trust in the software leader, including Unibail, SNCF, TF1 and Zodiac Aerospace, who have extended their use of the solution to include managing appraisals, training, salaries and recruitment. In addition, Clarins, Mazars, Safran and Vinci all decided to deploy the versatile TalentSoft suite in their subsidiaries worldwide. TalentSoft was equally successful in the continued execution of its international development strategy. Among the new clients won by its subsidiaries and affiliated partners are Geneva Airport, EQT, Forsen Projekt and Gebr. Heller, Hemfrid, Saint Luc Hospital in Brussels, Nomad, Rexel and the European Commission.

Once again, TalentSoft has proved its capacity for managing complex HR processes for large, decentralised corporations while simultaneously adhering to local legal constraints. Today, half of all companies listed on the SBF120 French stock market index use the TalentSoft solution to manage all or part of their HR processes.

The DCNS Group has simplified its mapping of HR applications with TalentSoft

The world leader in naval defence, DCNS launched ‘SeaRh', a vast project to transform the HR department and change its HR Information System. The Group, which previously used 40 different programs, now relies on 2 perfectly integrated applications: TalentSoft to manage the various talent management processes (HR appraisals, recruitment, training and salaries) and HR Access for payroll and administrative management.

"During our supplier evaluation process we benchmarked all major Talent Management software vendors and TalentSoft’s offering stood apart. Its functional coverage of the whole process of developing human potential and the speed of deployment clinched the deal. In less than 4 months, we were able to launch annual appraisals for all our 13,000 employees in around ten countries! Initial feedback was more than satisfactory: both employees and managers adopted the solution, which is very easy to use and intuitive. This was a major challenge, but it was implemented successfully, on time and on budget" said Alain Guillou, HR Director for the DCNS Group.

A benchmark for the European software industry

These new projects pushed TalentSoft’s to a record turnover of 15 million euros for 2013, which represents a 35% growth in revenue compared with 2012. This rapid, yet sustainable growth performance was officially recognised, when TalentSoft was ranked first in France and third in Europe for growth in the software sector in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 and Fast 500 EMEA rankings1.

On the strength of these results, TalentSoft raised 15 million euros from Highland Capital Partners Europe and Bpifrance last September. This new investment will enable further expansion of its leadership position at a European level with the opening of new offices and subsidiaries in Europe. The company also plans to recruit 80 new employees to expand its sales and professional services teams.

"Innovation and customer satisfaction are the cornerstones of our growth. Our team implemented over 200 projects in 2013, delivering - as was the case for DCNS - customer satisfaction with fast implementation, proving popular among employees and managers" said Jean-Stéphane Arcis, CEO of TalentSoft.
