Meta4 achieves record revenues and grows 12% through its line of Cloud Solutions

- Over 2015, Meta4 made 60 million euros in revenue, 12% more than for 2014, achieving record takings through its line of cloud solutions.

- Meta4 cloud solutions have registered a 50% increase, which already represents 33% of the total of the group’s revenue.

- Meta4 continues to gain market share in Latin America with a 105% growth in SaaS contract sales, confirm the company’s outstanding performance in this region.

50 NEW CONTRACTS AND WORKFORCE EXPANSION

Meta4, a world-class leader for human and intellectual capital management (HICM) announces the financial results of the last fiscal year. The multinational has achieved record revenues through growth in its line of cloud solutions for payroll and HR management.

50 NEW SAAS CONTRACTS

In 2015 Meta4 took in 60 million euros, racking up a 12% growth against the previous year. A key driver for achieving this new record has been the 50% increase in sales in the company’s line of SaaS solutions and now represents 33% of the total revenue of the group.

Over the last financial year, Meta4 once again doubled the SaaS contracts won with 50 new deals signed with companies selecting Meta4 cloud solutions for HR and payroll management of their employees worldwide.

INTERNATIONAL GROWTH

The company has strengthened its business across the entire geographical region of Latin America; this market has become a key pillar for international growth. Meta4 grew 105% in SaaS contract sales in this region last year in alignment with the trend started in 2013.

Among some of the latest customers signed on include companies of such international renown as the German engineering and energy group Siemens, with more than 12,000 employees across 13 countries in Latin America; Johnson & Johnson Mexico, with more than 9,000 employees; Banco Patagonia in Argentina, with 3,200 employees; the gas and energy provider, Engie (GDF) in Mexico; Amarilo, the Colombian construction company with 2,800 employees.

International contracts that Meta4 closed in Europe and North America in 2015 are also worth mentioning. In the USA, this includes the NGO, Living Waters. In France, the food multinational Danone with 7,800 employees, the luxury chain of hotels Starwood Hotels and Resorts with 1,300 employees, and the construction company Spie Batignolles with 8,000 employees. In Spain: the Velatia industrial group present worldwide and with over 3,000 employees; Grupo Sifu, a special employment centre, leader in providing socially responsible facility services with more than 4,000 employees; Cementos Molins, a cement group with an workforce of over 1,000 employees; or the insurance multinational Multiasistencia, leader in claims processing in Spain, France, Portugal, Italy and Brazil.

WORKFORCE EXPANSION

Another milestone in 2015 was the 80 new employees Meta4 took on board, equivalent to expanding their workforce by 15%. This expansion is part of Meta4’s drive to grow its market share and to continue to deliver excellence to the growing customer base. Currently the multinational has 900 highly qualified employees dedicated to ensuring high standards of expertise and quality in their solutions and services worldwide.
