In a press release, Lisa Rowan, IDC’s research vice president, mentioned SumTotal’s innovations in creating a comprehensive view of all of an organization’s HR data to deliver a consolidated view of the workforce. The solution further empowers employees to pursue their own self-directed paths for growth and prioritize their individual learning experience – keep an eye out for new features, like the dynamic sidebar timeline that makes it easy for learners to track goals and performance milestones.
In a few months, we’ll launch our Summer 2016 release, featuring a phenomenal new Talent Acquisition suite that supports recruiting and onboarding.
